Payment may be made via E-transfer, credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), or Cash

You will be invoiced within 24 hours of the auction closing your total amount due via email. Please make sure your email is up to date on your iCollector account and to check your spam box.

Credit Cards will be processed for payment immediately after auction concludes. Auction Shipping Info

Shipping cost will be a second charge once items have been packed. Unless arrangements are made all out of province buyers will automatically be shipped to. We use Canada Post for shipping out our winnings and put insurance on each parcel/box. We do not offer Lettermail as a shipping option. Any items that are too large or heavy for shipment through Canada Post may not be able to be shipped and would have to be picked up locally.

You may be subject to a Packing Fee of $2-5 per lot depending on how fragile / breakable the item is, up to a maximum of $30 per large box depending on the items purchased. This fee will be included in the shipping charge.

Please be wary of the items you bid on, as some items WILL NOT qualify for shipping through our service. These include any LARGE format artwork, anything OVER 30kg, ALL furniture pieces, and other various items. If you are not sure whether or not we can ship an item please contact us before placing your bid.

Auction Pickup

For Winnipeg purchases and/or anyone who has selected local pickup as their shipping option, your items will be prepped and available for pick-up Wednesday morning. Upon arrival we will confirm your identity either by name, paddle #, iCollector username, items purchased, or lot #’s purchased. Please have this information ready.
If you have purchased delicate or fragile items, please bring blankets or tubs to safely store your items. We can also supply boxes for pick-up, while supplies last.

If the items you have purchased are larger in size, they will have to be loaded via the back of the building in our loading dock. This can be accessed by driving around either side of the building, and looking for door # 36. We will have the shutters open and assist you with what we can. For large equipment or furniture pieces it’s recommended to bring a friend for help with loading.

Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30am - 4:30pm. We prefer to have all items picked up within the same week that the invoices are sent. If you require extra time please reach out. Our pick-up address is 36 Mandalay Drive, Winnipeg MB. If you are unable to pick the items up during our business hours, please contact us for alternative arrangements. You can also send someone on your behalf as long as it has been confirmed with us first.
