We chose the name Neighbourhood Auctions because we believe it speaks to our mission of serving everyday Winnipeggers. We strive to build long-lasting relationships with not only our consignors, but the community at large.

Meet the Team

Nadia Fastabend is the Operations Manager at Neighbourhood Auctions LTD. She manages Client Services, Digital Marketing, Inventory and any other back end auction responsibilities as needed. She works as a Freelance Artist in her downtime. Nadia has over 10 years of expertise knowledge on vintage toys, comics and video games.

Shaylynn Chisholm runs Front End Reception & Accounting at Neighbourhood Auctions LTD. In her free time, Shay enjoys reading historical fiction & listening to crime podcasts. She also hangs out with her two cats Chalky & Betty.

Shane Rodzinski is the Owner and CEO of Neighbourhood Auctions LTD. He is in charge of Company Oversight & Fiduciary Responsibilites. Shane has expertise knowledge on antiques and vintage collectibles across all genres, and boasts over 20 years of experience in the industry. From buying and selling, to appraisals and more, Shane is the guy to talk to.
